November Members Quarterly Meeting

On Thursday 30th November, Bedford & District Neighbourhood Watch held it's fourth and last meeting for 2018. The meeting was held at Kings House, Bedford and was attended by Members from across Bedfordshire.

Guests speakers for this meeting were Lianne Taylor, Police Liaison & Community Engagement Director. National Neighbourhood Watch
Chief Superintendent David Boyle and Chief Inspector Juliet Everett from Bedfordshire Police.

The evening was also to thank the Area Coordinators from Bedford & District Neighourhood Watch for their continued support in their individual schemes. 

Hazel Snowball, Chair of the Trustees also acknowledged the work done by the hundreds of Street Coordinators across the Borough. 

The evening was completed by a special certificate to Dave Girling, the Area Coordinator from Felmersham for his dedicated work in volunteering to lead the team which has reinstated the monthly crime stats for Coordinators and Parish Councils and Ward Councillors.
