Good morning,

We need to make you aware of a rise in Theft from motor vehicle and burglary offences in the last 4 weeks, particularly in the Shefford, Ampthill, Flitwick, Marston, Silsoe, Maulden and Wooton areas.

Particular items such as vehicle keys, electrical items, power tools, cash, ski clothing, purses/wallets, alcohol and tobacco have been taken.

Our patrols in the areas are continuing, arrests have been made and a vehicle has been seized.

Please ensure your security is to a standard you are satisfied with and you aren't leaving any valuables in vehicles or on show in your properties. Any suspicious activity please report to 101 and in an emergency please call 999.
