Alert message sent 31/05/2018 15:50:00

Information sent on behalf of Bedfordshire Police

Good afternoon everyone,

As a community team, we are committed to tackling the issues affecting local people on our patch.

In the north and west of Luton, these issues include; nuisance motorcycles (Operation Meteor) and knife crime (Operation Sceptre), among others.

The quality information provided by our local communities is vital to assist our response to these problems.

I would like to ask any and all members of the community to be reassured that we are ready and able to act upon the information that you provide.

Who is riding the bikes? Where are they being stored? Who is a habitual knife carrier? Where are they hidden? etc.

Working together with our local communties is a primary aim of the community team and if you have any concerns around crime in your area, please don't hesitate to contact us on 101. It is appreciated, and helps us greatly.

Many thanks,

PCSO Tom Legg 8942

Luton north and west CPT.
