Dear Neighbourhood Watch Street Coordinators in Bognor Regis Town and the Parishes of Pagham, Aldwick, Bersted,Felpham & Middleton.

We are holding our AGM on the 10th June 2019 at 2pm being held in the West Meads Community Centre, West Meads, Aldwick,PO21 5SB. There is adequate free parking at the location and the Community Centre is part of the West Meads Shopping Precinct which is at the end of Trinity Way. Trinity Way is the road on the right hand side going down West Meads Drive just before you reach the Martlets public house.

The AGM will commence at 2pm with a talk given by Georgina Bouette who is the senior person in   the Safer Arun Partnership (SAF) which is a division of Arun District Council. Georgina will outline the role of SAF, staff numbers and duties, the current priorities and its working relationship with our local Sussex police departments. This talk including question time will be of approximately one hour`s duration.

After a short break for tea,coffee and biscuits we will hold the formal AGM which again should take no more than one hour.

In view of the size of the meeting room in the Community Centre I would really appreciate being advise if you are able to attend or not which can be done by replying to this message through the Alert bulletin or by E-mailing me direct at andrew.millar.m@btinternet.com.
