Sunday Crime Update - Ampthill Flitwick and Silsoe Community Policing Area

Alert message sent 30/06/2019 07:36:00

Information sent on behalf of Bedfordshire Police

Good Morning,

Over the last 7 days, recorded residential burglary offences continue to remain low with no offences where the dwelling has been broken into.

Whilst also low in number, there has been two burglary offences related to businesses and community facilities with a further incident located on a business park. As a business owner, now would be a good time to review your security arrangements such as CCTV - is it of a good quality - and consider whether or not your perimeter fencing is up to the job.

Overall, recorded crime is down by 3 at 52 recorded offences across the Neighbourhood Policing Area.

Kind Regards,
PC5832 Aaron Dagley
Community Policing Team Ampthill
